Hotel Geblergasse Vienna

The hotel is conveniently located close to a train station with easy access to the city center and connected to the public transport network, including the U-bahn. The room and bathroom were relatively clean and of an acceptable size. There were basic facilities like complimentary LAN access in the room.

The service provided by the staff was subpar in terms of friendliness and attentiveness.

I had a great value for my money at Hotel Geblergasse in Vienna. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near public transport and it only took me about 15-20 minutes to walk to the city center. Plus, the area around the hotel had some amazing non-touristy bars to explore. The staff at the reception were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast option could be improved by providing complimentary bottled water in the rooms. It would be really convenient, especially when arriving late and most supermarkets are closed.

I recently stayed at Hotel Geblergasse for a few nights during my trip to Vienna. The hotel was very beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the receptionists even spoke Romanian, which made communication easier for us. The location of the hotel wasn't right in the city center, but it was close enough. We were able to walk to the old town within 30-40 minutes, or easily take the tram or metro which were close by. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I had a great experience at Hotel Geblergasse.

noisy walls

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. First and foremost, the value for money was exceptional. The prices were affordable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were exactly what I needed, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms were even better than they appeared in the pictures. The beds were comfortable, and having a room with two separate beds was a great convenience. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was a delightful start to each day.

Affordable metro accessible accommodation with multiple nearby supermarkets. The hotel is clean, with friendly and helpful staff available to assist with transportation. The lounge area is a nice place for a drink or to relax. WiFi is excellent and checkout is easy with free luggage storage.
